We collect the following personal data when you use Padwork:

Account information: name, email address, and user role (Fighter or Trainer).
Profile information: profile photo, biography, location, and (for Trainers) hourly rate and availability schedule.
Booking data: session dates, durations, payment method, and booking status.
Payment information: payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or bank details. We receive confirmation of payment and payout status from Stripe.
Media content: photos and videos you upload to your gallery.
Communications: any messages or enquiries you send to us.
Usage data: general information about how you use the app, collected to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

Create and manage your account.
Facilitate bookings between Fighters and Trainers.
Process payments and payouts via Stripe.
Display Trainer profiles and availability to Fighters.
Send booking confirmations and service notifications.
Respond to support requests and resolve disputes.
Comply with our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:

Contract: processing necessary to provide the Padwork service you signed up for.
Legitimate interests: to operate, improve, and secure the platform.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following trusted third parties to operate Padwork:

Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your account data and bookings are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe handles all card transactions and Trainer payouts. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details of how they process your payment data.
Vercel — our hosting provider for the web application.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or financial compliance purposes (for example, transaction records which may be retained for up to 7 years under UK tax law).

Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
